6 Sessions to Ignite Your First Book
At Starway Academy, we understand the power of sharing your story to bring hope, healing, and transformation to others.
Ink & Fire is a 6-day online Zoom program designed to help you ignite your first book. Over six practical evening sessions you’ll learn how to shape your ideas into a clear, compelling manuscript and start writing with confidence.
Dates: 12 – 17 January 2026 (6 consecutive days)
Time: 19:00 – 20:30 (SA time)
Format: Live Zoom sessions + practical writing exercises
Course Outline (6 Sessions):
- Session 1 – The Spark: Why write? + AI reality check, your “why” for writing, and your first 5-minute writing habit
- Session 2 – The Blueprint: Planning and structure, framework and plot arc, linear vs non-linear, and a simple “10% rule” for using AI
- Session 3 – The Lens: Point of view mastery – who tells the story? (1st person, limited 3rd, omniscient)
- Session 4 – The Hook: How to grab your reader in 5 lines using 10 powerful hook types
- Session 5 – The Voice: Natural dialogue that flows, subtext, and dialogue tags
- Session 6 – The Picture: Show, don’t tell – paint with words using sensory detail, metaphor, and vivid imagery

Deposit: R1 000 to secure your spot – approximately USD 60

Beyond technical skills, we invest in your spiritual well-being, presenting sessions that inspire, equip, and help you find your unique voice. We aim to enable you to use your passion and skills to live out your God-design and make a real impact in your area of influence.

Prepare for impactful training from renowned speakers and life coaches, steering you toward the purpose and direction God has destined for your life.

Hear from God and gain a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, who He is and what He does.
Gain further experience in social media, digital communication, cyber wellness, presentation skills, and security through the experience and expertise of multiple guest lecturers who are all distinguished leaders in the social media and cyber world.
term 3
Experience the fullness of life and the heart of Father God and gain experience in film and content creation.
Crafting something unique is a skill to be honed. Unlock the secrets behind the emotional impact of films and content. The magic lies in the concept. Join us on a journey of discovery with our film partners, where you will unearth the hidden gems within yourself, crafting narratives of hope, salvation, and freedom to deeply resonate with and touch the hearts of your audience.
Final projects (including the full production of a short film) to establish practical applications of all teachings.
